Cylindrical Roller Bearings


              • ZYS cylindrical roller bearings include two series: single row cylindrical roller bearings N10 series and double row cylindrical roller bearings NN30 series. The bearing bore of cylindrical roller bearings also has two kinds: cylindrical bore and tapered bore. Single row cylindrical roller bearings, as free supporting, are usually matched with angular contact ball bearings which are as fixed supporting. Those roller bearings usually used on precision machine tool are double row cylindrical roller bearing NN30K series whose tapered bore degree is 1:12. Double row cylindrical roller bearings can bear greater radial load, and can not bear the axial load because of the detachable inner and outer ring, so they are often used with two-direction angular contact thrust ball bearings which bear axial load. The rollers of cylindrical roller bearings are in line contact with the raceway and have a large radial load capacity. It is not only suitable for bearing with heavy loads and impact loads, but also suitable for bearings with high-speed rotation. At the same time, it improves the lubrication conditions of the contact area between the roller end face and the rib, and improves the performance of the bearing.Cylindrical roller bearings are generally suitable for large and medium-sized motors, locomotive vehicles, machine tool spindles, internal combustion engines, generators, gas turbines, reduction gearboxes, rolling mills, vibrating screens, and lifting and transportation machinery. The technical features of ZYS cylindrical roller bearings: 1. The roller and the raceway are in line contact, and the radial load capacity is large, which is suitable the working conditions of bearings with heavy loads and impact loads. 2. The friction coefficient is small, and the limit speed is high, close to that of deep groove ball bearings. 3. The inner or outer ring of cylindrical roller bearings can be separated for easy installation and disassembly. 4. The cylindrical roller bearings can move axially, and adapt to the change of the relative position of the shaft and the casing caused by thermal expansion or installation error. It can be used as a free end support. 5. The processing requirements of the shaft or the seat hole are relatively high. Cylindrical roller bearings have higher requirements for the processing of shafts or housing holes. After the bearing is installed, the relative deflection of the outer ring axis must be strictly controlled to avoid concentration of contact stress. Cylindrical roller bearings can be divided into PO, P6, P5, P4, P2 grade according to the accuracy grade. The accuracy grades are ordered from low to high.
