Dimension of thin section bearings:
The size of thin section bearings is different from common rolling bearings. Its cross-sectional size is generally in the range of 120.97 -645.16mm2, and the inner diameter is generally between 25.4mm to 1m. The inner diameter of common thin section bearings can also achieve 1.3m.
Thin wall bearings are the thinnest in the size series. The inner diameter or outer diameter of bearing inner and outer rings are large, and the walls are thin. Its radial dimension of cross section is less than a quarter of the inner diameter and less than twice the diameter of the rolling element.For a certain series of dimensions, the cross-sectional dimension remains constant and has nothing to do with the inner diameter. For the common ball bearing series, the radial cross-section and the ball diameter generally increase with the increase of the inner diameter. Thin wall bearings also have tighter tolerances than common large and heavy-duty bearings. Therefore, thin wall bearings are often recommended where precise control is required or where the removal position of the rotating shaft is harsh.
