  • ZYS has acquired the core designing, manufacturing and testing technique in yaw bearing, pitch bearing, main bearing, gearbox, and generating motor bearing in wind turbine system. We have also cultivated a professional team in bearing design, property analyses, manufacturing and testing. For example, cooperating with Xi'an Jiaotong University, we cultivated Chinese first wind turbine bearing major doctor and exploited specialized integrated design and analysis software that can conduct load spectrum analysis of wind turbine bearing, stress analysis, design and verification of key structural parameters, depth calculation of effective hardened layer and gear and bolt strength check etc. Properties of our wind turbine bearings have reached international advanced level.

Wind turbine bearings

    • Wind Turbine Main Shaft Bearings:

      The product types include: Spherical Roller Bearings (SRB), Tapered Roller Bearings (TRB), and Triple Row Cylindrical Roller Bearings (CRB). The rotational precision of large wind turbine (5MW and above) main shaft bearings reaches P5 level, and some even achieve P4 level. We have successfully developed main shaft bearings for wind turbines below 25MW.


      Wind Turbine Gearbox Bearings:

      The product includes all types of gearbox bearings, including deep groove ball bearings, cylindrical roller bearings, full complement cylindrical roller bearings, double-row tapered roller bearings, spherical roller bearings, thrust spherical roller bearings, four-point contact ball bearings, etc. The precision can reach P5 level, and some even achieve P4 level. The basic rated life is ≥100,000 hours, and the gearbox bearings for offshore wind turbines have a life expectancy of not less than 25 years with a temperature rise not exceeding 85℃. We have completed the development of domestically produced gearbox bearings for the entire 8MW series of wind turbines and have successfully applied them in installations.


      Yaw and Pitch bearings:

      Generally, yaw and pitch bearing usually adopt the structure of single row four-point contact ball bearing and double row four-point contact ball bearing. And both these two types of bearings can be further divided into bearings without gears, bearings with internal gears, bearings with outer gears according to gear position.
