1. Operating conditions of imported bearings in mainframe and requirements of guide clearance (including inner diameter guide, outer diameter guide or rolling body guide).
2. According to the special performance requirements of imported bearings, such as impact resistance, fatigue resistance, high strength, wear resistance, corrosion resistance and self lubrication, the cage should be treated with surface strengthening, chemical treatment, copper plating, silver plating to improve the effective performance.
3. According to the load, speed, temperature rise, lubrication, corrosion resistance and other requirements of bearings, we should reasonably select materials and processing technology.
