• • • • • • • These series are mainly used for grinding outer raceways of the 1st,2nd and 3rd generations automobile hub bearings and double-row angular contact ball bearings.
              

              Main features:
              1. Adopting Japan MITSUBISHI full digital AC servo-control system.
              2. Electoromagnetic centerless cIamps are used and the speed of workpiece shaft can be adjustable by varlable frequency. A micro-adjusting device is equipped in workpiece support.
              3. Electric spindle is used for grinding wheel shaft with variable speed in order to realize the high speed grinding at 60m/s.
              4. Diamond dressing wheel.
              5. Compulsive manipulator can automatically load and unload, which is reliable and easy for adjustment.
